- Non-payment or violation of credit terms
- Shipping of prohibited or dangerous goods
- Any illegal or fraudulent activity
Effect of Termination
- All outstanding obligations survive termination
- Goods in our possession will be held subject to payment of charges
- We may dispose of unclaimed goods after 30 days notice
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India:
Jurisdiction
